My room was upgraded to family room which is very satisfying with 2 couches and pool view balcony. Very close to Kuta center that so easy to find good restaurants. Amenities were complete eventhough I didn't use them all

Always been my family favorite hotel in Bali. Seriously, I'm kind of glad the hotel is located in Tuban because it makes it perfect, not so crowded, not too loud. Staff are amazing and helpful, room is really clean and pretty looking, food is insanely affordable for a hotel. We will always go back.

We first got to know here because it was close to the airport. A spacious hotel with many family guests. There are many variations of food, delicious, worth it with that room price. There is a balcony in the room and a drying area is provided on the balcony. From the balcony you can enjoy the Balinese air. The room faces the pool and garden. What's fun is, we got a room adjacent to the spa. Because the kids wanted to rest, I spent time at the Spa. Stone spa, ear candle, n manicure pedicure, n naik art. Affordable price with good service. Very happy to be able to stay here. We ordered a family room so there is a connecting door. The room is spacious with 2 sofas. It's okay to stay at Swiss belin Tuban. Affordable price with good facilities. There is a gym too.

The room was very nice, much space, a little balcony, comfortable beds and a nice bathroom with a good shower for long hairs! Unfortunately you hear the neighbours easily but I found it was everywhere in Asia like this. The staff was friendly. The breakfast ist always very crowded but you have a lot of options for the food. The service for dinner was a bit slow, we had to take care of their attention, but the food was delicious and fresh and worth the price.

What an amazing hotel! I stayed for three nights with my parents and i was absolutely amazed. The staff were the friendliest I’ve ever encountered, the bedroom was incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean, and the breakfast menu offered such a wide variety of delicious options.
