My room was upgraded to family room which is very satisfying with 2 couches and pool view balcony. Very close to Kuta center that so easy to find good restaurants. Amenities were complete eventhough I didn't use them all

Happy to stay in here during our couple vacation. The hotel room are really spacious, and have a good city view during the day and night. We can see the iconic of Bali GWK statue from our room. Sadly during the day the ambiance a little bit noisy as the hotel are next to the public school, and there is some building construction project nearby that affected our daily morning. During the night we can sleep peacefully even sometimes can hear noisy airplane surroundings. The food are amazing. We had amazing breakfast everyday and all taste really good! The staff are friendly and quick response. We always leave our room messy but at the end of the day, it 's turned clean and comfortable as usual. We would definietly stay here if we comeback to Bali for other vacation!

Was great stay here with family for short vacation. The hotel are accessible from many place and located in the quite area compare to other busy main roads. This hotel always being my best option since 2016 because of the service and hospitality. Unfortunately wasn't able to get the airport shuttle service due lot of request that the hotel has, but in overall experience Swiss-Belhotel Tuban is one of the best hotel in Bali in my opinion. The food are amazing, the cleanliness are super, and this hotel can be an option if you want to relax to enjoy the sun and pool!

Like the pool! Always find time during our stay to swimming at the pool because it's a nice pool. Also the view from balcony was amazing!

Deluxe room balcony with King size bed - 1 night transit. If you are on transit, the hotel is a good choice, about 10 min from the airport and close to get to the shopping centre. The room is spacey, clean and big bed, perfect for relaxing. Except you can hear the noise from the next room if you are in the connecting room. The wall is thin. The balcony facing outside of the school is not a good option, while the school has activity during weekday. The staff are really friendly and helpful. In the high season will be too many people check in and check out but they manage it well. Kudos to them. Swimming pool deepness is alright, consider many kids are playing around. The length is great thought for swimming exercise. Breakfast choices are huge, many options from homemade scramble egg, Indonesian until western food. Fresh juices and you would be confused for so many options. Excellent breakfast anyway. The gym has just treadmill, other machine was damage. Beside the gym, there is a spa but in my opinion is too high price. You can get nearby massage for half price than they offer. Give them 5 stars for the kind hospitality.

Food was so so, but price was OK and not that expensive; Tried dinner and breakfast. Bathroom need abit renovation, a lot of wall dent in the room. Wall abit thin, so noise of neighbours come through. But AC still good, pillow is comfy.

There was a mistake with our booking as the wrong photos were included but Swiss bel allowed us to stay in the room advertised which was basically a free upgrade. The room was very big, pool is big, staff ate friendly, local street food nearby and free drinking water
