The hotel is awesome. In the middle of the city. Many choices of good and hype restaurant in walking distance. The room quite spacious, clean, neat. Definitely one of my favorites hotel in Bogor

We had a pleasant stay in this new freshly hotel. Covid-19 protocol applied. Room’s set up and view are lovely. The bed is directed towards the window so that we can see the mountain directly - best part. Loved the couch as well. Nice pool. Skipped the breakfast intentionally as we wanted to do some culinary nearby. So many restaurants, coffee shops, and street food in less than 1 km. Telling you another good experience. I left my watch and its charger and they safe kept them until I sent a courier to pick it up. No difficulties at all in seeking mba iin’s help to sort this thing out (thanks to the room boy as well, mas asep, for the honesty) - very responsible staff. Only some minor feedback for now for consideration: 1) to enable smoking rooms to those who need it and 2) to enable one-time free parking ticket so we don’t need to request for another stamps when we are going out oftentimes.

A brand new hotel, located in such a great location close to restaurants and cafe. They also have a semi outdoor restaurant at lobby level, I'd like to spend some time there with a cup of coffee. A little notice for breakfast, I think the taste of food and it's variety could be more improved

The first time I stayed here, I thought everything was okay, the only thing I was confused about was that the room had a smart TV but no Netflix - "I'll probably think twice about coming back."

I have stayed at this hotel several times with my family, especially on weekends, because the location is very strategic, the rooms are clean, the swimming pool is near the breakfast area, and almost everything is comfortable. It's just that when I last stayed there was something that made me very uncomfortable, especially regarding parking, I don't mind the very limited parking space near the hotel, because there are still many next to it in front of the restaurant which is also quite close, but when there is an empty parking space in front of the hotel and it is closed by the officer on the grounds that there are other guests who have reservations, I think it is very inappropriate, because there is no special sign like in general (VIP, Reserved, etc.)

Comfortable hotel, strategic location and many culinary places around it. This hotel is a bit unique because it is the only hotel that prohibits the use of hotel slippers to the hotel room exit area for security reasons. For the main food at breakfast, in our opinion, it is not very tasty for a 4-star hotel standard. The side dishes are quite good and varied. The food service staff are not very responsive in serving. The waiters also take a long time to tidy up and clean dirty tables. A 7-year-old child is charged 75 thousand for breakfast. The bathroom only has a large shower. So it is a bit difficult to do ablution. In addition, the shower is also tilted. The marble-floored room is a bit slippery and not very homey. Even so, I am still interested in returning to staycation here again

My husband and I had a pleasant unplanned short staycation on weekday at Swiss-Belinn, and it turned out to be memorable & comforting ❤. So we decided to have another staycation with our kids this weekend to enjoy more of the hotel facilities (including the swimming pool 😉), hopefully we will have a friendly weather this time! Loved the variety of food served at the breakfast buffet, and they were all tasty! The room was spacious with fluffy pillows and comfy mattress, but the bathroom was a bit narrow. Plenty of coffee shops and restaurants around, perfect place to stay for culinary hunters. Can't wait for another staycay there this weekend!

Thank you so much swissbelinn hotel bogor, its amazing experience!🩵 I came here to celebrate my wedding anniversary and free cake was delivered to the room. The staff apologized because the cake was late, but it was okay and I left my wallet in the hotel lobby after checking in 😮 ‍ 💨 then the staff delivered it to the room. Super helpful next time I go to Bogor I will definitely stay here again ⭐. The only downside is that the floor is not carpeted. So for the room next door, you can hear the chair sliding, especially if you bring children, haha. That's all, hopefully it will be an input. Thank you!
