Recommended place to stay in Malang. Great location, comfortable bed, beautiful view from our bedroom, and affordable 24 h room service (but the taste could be better, the satay in the fried rice really need modification🤦🏻♀️).

We got the room at floor 8th and we have to scan our card to operate the lift. The room is clean and have many accommodations, such as hair dryer, 2 mineral waters, etc. But at first it's hard to turn on the AC. The breakfast is delicious, even though not many variants there. We got plastic gloves before we eat. Swimming pool at outside but it's clean, the gym near on pool. So far I love it and this hotel accommodate hand sanitizer on lobby's floor, I hope I can see it at each floors.

This is my fifth visit at this hotel, but there's no any special treatment for repeater. The room is really far from the lift, the bed is filthy, breakfast has no options (another 3/4 hotel in this town has more variety), and they can only give expensive rate with low quality. Never stay here again.

If you go to Malang, you must stay at Swissbell. The best hotel. I have stayed here several times. The staff are very friendly, starting from the security guard to other staff. Requesting a room for honeymoon turned out to get a very cute cake gift. Every room always has the best view. The food at Barelo is very cheap, affordable and delicious. You must try the Bakso and Kue Lumpur.
Comfortable and spacious parking lot, fast elevator, large swimming pool, this hotel is attached to a large mall in Malang. Just 100 meters from the lobby, you can access Transmart and Malang Town Square.
Clean bathroom, fragrant hotel area, complete facilities. Very cheap price for a star hotel with super duper perfect service

Overall the hotel is good, just not soundproof enough and the lights went out twice. But it can be turned on immediately so you don't have to wait long. Can be an option to stay if you go to Malang again, thank you. 🙏🏻😊

highly recommended for those looking for a hotel in the city center but not too congested because the access to the main road is super close, next to saman trans studio mini & malang town square, across there is also a food court for those who want to eat warteg et al.
the staff are all friendly and very helpful, the food is varied, the cakes & pastries are delicious 🤩
unfortunately yesterday I was in a hurry so I haven't tried the swimming pool and gym, next time I want to stay here again
