I stayed overnight here and because it was quiet due to the Covid pandemic it felt like that is our own swimming pool and gym. all facilities are sterilized beforehand. so we got a room that had been sanitized the day before. before checking in we also measured body temperature, friendly service and everyone was happy to stay here.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel, considering the situation is far from ideal from having a vacation. The measures taken by the management of the hotel, from checking our temperature, disinfecting our stuff, and filling out a form related to our health and travel history upon check-in, to making sure that health & safety protocols were enforced, gave us peace of mind during our 3D/2N-stay. Our room was clean and the amenities met our expectation. We especially enjoyed the balcony with the pool/garden view. Although we didn't swim, the swimming pool area was a great place to relax and enjoy the nature.

Great accommodation for both long term and short term stay! Service was great, housekeeping staff were friendly and responsive. Short distance to Nasi Tempong Indra and a big souvenir shop, lots of food options nearby too, as it was conveniently located in the city center. I did experience some problems when tapping the card on the elevator, but it was resolved quickly. Would love to come back again!

Not being rude, when costumes still eating and enjoying the foods don't rushed them within a bills on tables as specially with a guests who stayed in your hotels.

The staff were really friendly and helpful during my stay. The hotel also have a 24/7 coffee shop which suitable for those who has a business matter and for meeting up with colleagues.

Location 8.5/10. Facilities 8.5/10. Room 10/10. Got upgraded room become in front of the swimming pool on Ground Floor, spacious, clean, design was good. Food 7/10. The only thing I like is the pancake and croissant, other than that just so-so especially indonesian meals? Feels plain I think the only thing that this hotel should be improved on the taste of Indonesian meals. All in all love to be staying in here.
