Alana has been my favorite 4-star hotel in Surabaya for the last 2 years. I love the spacious room and bathroom, free mini bar, super comfy king bed, big TV screen, full-length mirror, built-in hairdryer, delicious breakfast, and not forgetting to mention the super friendly staffs... I LOVE everything! As a plus, there are taxis parked exactly in front of the hotel so I didn't have to wait long when I needed to go somewhere. I got late-night hunger and fortunately, KFC is only 1-minute walk away! Perfect location for business traveling as well. Very recommended stay!

It was my second time staying in the Alana Surabaya. First one was for business trip, second was for family vacation. It didn’t failed me in both purposes. Spacious room, comfy bed, clean, various and delicious food also strategic location.

The room was spacious, bathroom was super clean with a bathtub, free minibar and welcome fruit. Breakfast was great, various of traditional food and pastry. service was great, very friendly staff. Would love to stay there again.

I was a bit disappointed with the club room I occupied, the bathroom smelled of rust, the shower was about to come off, the water flowed slowly because it leaked everywhere, the glass in the sink had lots of white stains, the sheets smelled musty, the TV had lots of ants, even though there were lots of channels I couldn't watch them, the food tasted bland, there was only a small menu

First stay at Alana Hotel: 1. Parking is narrow, the car is parked on the side of the road. 2. The room is not soundproof, the room next to it is noisy. 3. The refrigerator is not cold, complained and finally replaced with another refrigerator. 4. The food is not tasty, and not varied. 5. Refill drinking water is taken by yourself in front of the room.

wow this is one of my favorite hotels. the location is very strategic, close to everywhere. the indoor swimming pool is not too hot, there is a sauna. the breakfast is quite complete, the menu is varied and tastes good, there is no additional charge for children even though I brought 2 school-age children. everyone is friendly, the hotel is clean and comfortable.
