The staff is very friendly, please pay attention to the number of towels in the room, I stayed with two people and there was only 1 towel. I have asked the staff, but no one has delivered additional towels until check out. Thank you.

Large room and can have breakfast for 6 people, can be recommended when on vacation with family. The room is quite clean & not scary because in front of the room is a balcony. Thank you Hotel Benua, hopefully we can come back another time.

My assessment is that it is worth the price. It is really worth it if you have that budget. It is quite good for those looking for cheap accommodation and comfortable enough to sleep. If you bring a car, the car will be washed in the morning.

Don't expect too much for the price of 300 thousand rupiah, the room is dusty, the bathroom is leaking, the sheets & pillowcases look like they haven't been changed often because there are hair residues, the towels provided also have stains like in the photo, please people who review this hotel well, review it honestly, not just because it's cheap but you guys are nice, because this has an impact on the next visitors, the intention was only to rest but couldn't because of itching so I was forced to check out no more than 30 minutes after checking in.

Stayed here because I was curious, they said the hotel was scary and dirty, but it was all just a hoax, the hotel was not scary, the lobby, room, bathroom were clean. The food was also delicious. The hotel staff were very friendly. If the guest gets terrorized by ghosts, there is a term where the earth is stepped on, the sky is held high (if you don't want to be disturbed, you must be polite and courteous wherever you are). So don't hesitate to stay here.
