The shower is not working for the superior room. I booked the room twice, but the superior room was full on the first booking, so it was changed. The receptionist was quite responsible.

the hotel room door is broken, the guard who is guarding it will not work if not immediately reprimanded
another minus is the room I stayed in yesterday was a bit haunted, room 110, at 1 am the door handle moved by itself even though the CCTV checked there was no one
when using the bathroom in the trash there was a used softek from the previous occupant that was not thrown away
please hotel owner, improve cleanliness and comfort even more, after all you get income from those who rent your services, but why is the service like this

The hotel staff is very friendly and quick when we need something.
The environment outside and inside the room is clean.
There is a mini pool in front of the room which is a place for children to soak and the edge of the pool is a place to hang out together

The location is quite close to the city center. The hotel staff is friendly, the room is clean, there are towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap and shampoo. The AC is cold. For some reason, the water for flushing the toilet and for washing is a bit smelly. However, the water for bathing (shower) is clean. It seems like different water channels are used

I think cleanliness needs to be paid more attention. When I entered the room, the floor was really dirty and hadn't been swept, there was a lot of hair, including on the mattress too. The rubbish wasn't cleaned either in the bathroom or in the room. Housekeeping staff should also be aware of their responsibility for cleanliness. The bathroom smells really bad, it looks like it's rarely cleaned because the floor is slippery.

Hotel ini lumayan bersih, ac dingin, kamar mandi basic namun bersih. Size kamar lumayan, ada teras dengan meja dan kursi untuk santai. Hotel lumayan ramai mungkin karena harga ekonomis namun dengan fasilitas yang lumayan. Saya suka suka saja dengan harga yang diberikan dan tidak ada complaint.
