The room smells of cigarettes, lots of mosquitoes and dusty. Dirty sheets. The only advantages are the location and fast wifi. I only stayed one night for 400 thousand room only. Finally moved to another hotel for 4 nights on Jalan Riau for a much cheaper price, only 300 and breakfast, even the room at the other hotel was clean.

When I entered the room, the room was old, the trash bin had not been cleaned, the mattress was also not very clean, the bathroom was rusty. What was even more surprising was when I wanted to turn on the AC, the remote was broken, then at night a cockroach passed by. The workers were friendly, but the service was very slow! Calling to complain about the AC remote had to wait more than 30 minutes (even then my mother had to walk to the receptionist to follow up), complaining about the cockroach, the officer didn't come. With a price of 400 thousand a night, it doesn't seem to match the facilities and services provided. Anyway, this is my first and last stay at this hotel

A came in and there was a cockroach walking on my foot! Peeing in the bathroom. I swear. Bad trip. Very dirty. The dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in huhu never want to stay again.

Good but needs to be replaced as some of the furniture seems to be rusty. Hotel slippers should be provided directly, don't ask for them first and then give them. If possible, give more soap.

The service is very satisfying. The staff is very kind and friendly. The bed is comfortable. The AC is very cold but unfortunately it smells fishy. The water in the bathroom is cloudy. The location is very good.

The hotel is quite, simple but cozy and very comfortable for families and of course the location is very strategic in the area of Jalan Riau and Aceh, also close to BIP. The staff were friendly and helpful in lifting things because the hotel was 2 floors without an elevator. It's just that you can pay attention to several spots in the room that are damaged as well as towels that could be cleaner.

The room bed linen was not clean, a bit dusty. Ordered 2 rooms, one was given without the smell of cigarettes, the second was given the smell of cigarettes so it was a separate room above the children. There is a smell of cigarettes around the corridor on the 2nd floor, so if you bring children, the air won't be good.

The cleanliness of the room really needs improvement, the bathroom lighting is minimal, the bathroom is very very dirty, there are cockroaches in the towels (see photo), there are worms on the floor, the roof is leaking, the tap water is yellow and smells 🤮🤮🤮 to the point that we had to buy bottled mineral water to wash our faces & brush our teeth, the sheets also feel damp & smell of undried laundry, sorry but it looks like we won't be staying here again 🙏🏼🙏🏼
