Stayed for 2 nights every dawn approaching morning, water leaked from the AC until the room was muddy, cleanliness and very poorly maintained, the carpet had many iron marks, and in my opinion the towels were no longer suitable for use, it's time to maintain everything...thanks..

for the room I stayed in, so far it's not bad
it's just that the room carpet is worn out and dirty
then what makes me annoyed is
the room phone doesn't work.
so I can't contact the receptionist to order food

Please to improve the cleanliness of the Bedroom, many stain on bed sheet, the carpet seems rarely to vacuum, and also the curtain need to clean up. The Smells of Toilet After Flush has a stench.

The hotel atmosphere is not pleasant, fortunately the employees are friendly when entering the room. The lighting is dim. The bathroom water is not strong and it is very stuffy when you come in... and the AC is not cold until it is reported 3 times to be fixed for about 1 hour it is still not cold.
