By looking from the online gallery, the hotel is very good and the name also has"RESORT"in it. Expectations were already positive, until the hotel was very disappointing in terms of cleanliness, big 0, service, the staff were very unfriendly and lazy, I would rather go home and sleep, all the facilities were broken and not working properly, nothing. Never ever come back to this RESORT again!

Dirty room, not friendly & unhelpful staff, small bed, there is a lot of dust in the room, the bathroom is dirty, the water smells bad. No recommendation to stay

This is the worst experience I stayed in a 3 star hotel with the highest room but look at the mattress also has a lot of stains, no trash cans, wifi is less coverage, room keys that are difficult to use, small shower water does not feel like bathing, the floor is dirty, the TV can't turn on and many more. I recommend to book other hotels. There are still many hotels that are more proper and have better facilities. Although there are many minuses this hotel has the advantage that it is that it is only very cold and good ac. Try for yourself if you don't believe my review

This is a wonderful. Spacious resort. However minus point is. 1. It is not accessible from. Main road, you need to. Pull your luggage and walk 100m from the busy legian road. Not recommended for old folks or people with leg injury. 2. The receptionist, guy, at night 9pm looks exhausted, gives you your room key and expects you to find your own way, to your room, in chalet room form. 3. Room is old and with cockroaches, not good housekeeping. 4. Entered room, faulty smell, bed is slightly wet, no. Phone in room, so you can't call or message across your reception. If anything not in order, be prepared to walk to 100m to the one man reception. 5. Room has TV but not working, felt cheated. No help from reception. They don't bother to trouble shoot. 6. No coffee maker or glass. No soap bar or shampoo. 7. Old furniture and dusty. Stay if you have no choice.
