The buggy service is very slow. Sometimes you can wait up to half an hour. Then the double bed is made into 1 so the impression is not beautiful and elegant.

I have requested a connecting room, but after checking in it was different. Even though I said from the beginning that I was bringing a family member who had just finished surgery and needed maximum security. Bad.

Maashaa Allah. The view is beautiful, the beach is beautiful, the resort is clean, the food is also delicious. All the employees are also friendly & kind. I swear I really recommend this beach tour. This resort really impressed me, I won't feel like time has passed quickly. The best is the point at this Turi beach resort.

I ordered an additional extra bed, and the extra bed was very thin and it hurt when sleeping on it because it was only supported by the metal frame underneath. Not really worth it. Even though the price is quite expensive, 450,000 per extra bed. Cleanliness is also lacking. The sofa in front of the room is dusty.

Have been to Turi Beach several times. I happened to take a room in Riani, the cleanliness was not so good, the toilet was dirty. And it happened to be a rainy morning, access to the restaurant was difficult, I called the reception several times to be picked up but they never picked me up, so I got wet when I went to the restaurant. Hopefully the service will be better in the future.

Honestly the stay was OK service crew OK location OK but a bit far to anywhere and they don't allows grabfood so either you go out to find foods (quite far) or you just spend your money on their cafe which is extremely expensive as nasi ayam penyet & nasi goreng kampung with 2 cokes cost me rp387 which is over expensive. The food was so so also to be honest. Housekeeping is doing their job but not fully pay attention on it. My room was dirty they never mop the floor. During check out I saw them just sweep the floor with broom 😕 Other than that are OK.
