First, for those looking for a non-smoking room, you can book a room other than this hotel because currently, the guard said that all the rooms are smoking. The location is actually strategic, in the middle of Tasikmalaya city. However, the place is not well maintained. Maybe it used to be glorious, but now it is not well maintained. The atmosphere is indeed a bit scary, see the reviews there are also some who have had horror experiences, but thank God I did not experience it. The parking lot is spacious. When I visited here, the atmosphere was very quiet. In the morning there were only 4 cars parked, I don't know how many were staying. The room model is good, it's just not well maintained. Because the room can be smoked, so the AC smells "burnt" when it is turned on. I had asked to move rooms, but it turned out to be the same, and the guard said that all the rooms are smoking, so that's it. There is a TV, but it doesn't turn on. In the previous room it was on, but the TV channel didn't answer. The mattress was almost broken, there was iron sticking out of the mattress, it touched my body, and it hurt. For the owner, you can check in room 123, I have attached a photo. The shower water flow is very small, so the shower can't be used. Finally, I took a shower using the spray in the closet. There was no hot water either. Some of the lights in the room didn't turn on either. There was no water heater, coffee, tea, etc. Only mineral water was provided. Oh yeah, toiletries were also provided. For other facilities, it's actually enough, there's a swimming pool too. Maybe the maintenance needs to be improved. It's a shame that the building is already good, but it's not poorly maintained. Hopefully it can be improved again. This review is already quite long. If there are no improvements, just stay here once. That's all.

Old Hotel and seems not maintained

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is nice and clean, also used by the public for children's swimming lessons.

The room has lots of spider webs, lots of mosquitoes, the room smells.

Stayed 2 nights, on the first night when I woke up it turned out the AC in the room was leaking, reported to the front desk, they responded quickly and immediately gave me a new room. In terms of ambience and furniture, I think it's time to update it. The comfort of the bed is also worth noting. There are very few sockets in the room, only for the TV. The WiFi coverage is also not very wide, it's fast in the lobby, and when you enter the room it disappears.

The hotel is not comfortable. Dirty and lots of mosquitoes. The old school AC is not cold enough. Lack of lighting in every corner of the hotel area. The room was damp, the bathroom door couldn't be closed.

The water was off, there was no water heater for bathing, the bathroom was crusty and slippery.

We canceled our stay because we didn't expect the room to smell of cigarettes, the sheets had damp stains, the room smelled damp, and it didn't match the picture.

Room 132, ac gak dingin sama sekakli, dalam kamar panas, lebih dingin di koridor luar kamar. Kamar mandi perlu dirawat, bathtub diganti saja shower berdiri, westafel bocor. Hotel bangunan lama tapi kurang perawatan. Yang bagus hanya bagian kolam renang saja. Terima kasih.

The hotel already passed their prime. Overall it was dingy. It has old style large room, unfortunately the bed was no longer springy. The air conditioner was leaking, although it worked okay. The lighting certainly could be better. For an emergency in a high season period with the price, it was acceptable.

Gila baunya rokok hotel, harusnya ditulis semua room smoking. Baru masuk kamar langsung keluar jam setengah 11 malam cari hotel lain. Mendingan rugi 1,2 juta hilang dibandingkan paru paru rusak.

Hotel tua yang tidak terawat dengan baik. Kerannya rusak, ada bathtub tp berlumut.

Dikasih kamer jelek banget kumuh tempat tidur berdebu sampe baju saya kotor tidur dikasurnya! Lantai kotor ga disapu lemari bolong! Ac ga dingin semalem dapet 2rtsan. Tv jadul!

Brisk Musik sd jam 12 Malam dan cilakanya itu malam Jumat kesika orang mengaji.

Kamarnya jorok banget, ga cocok buat family time.
