The only drawback is 1, the TV should have been upgraded to a smart TV. The TV channels are also very old-fashioned even though the TV is the main entertainment in the room. Hopefully it can be upgraded soon.

There is work right in front of the room making it very disturbing and the soundproofing is not good so the sound of the work is clearly audible. There is no compensation for the complaint filed.

I always love staying here, because it's always clean and even they use carpet on the hallway, there's no weird odor. But, the room is not quite soundproof, so you can hear voices from other room or vehicles from street. And it was my first time having a complaint about one of their facility. I got a dirty towel in my room, and there was a yellowish brown stain on it like a feces. Very dissapointed about that, because actually Veranda is one of my go-to hotel for staycation. So, maybe it should be an improvement that the Veranda management should working on. Thank you!
