I booked this place for 3 nights and had to change my plans. I was unable to secure a refund of the monies paid and was not even offered an option to reschedule or a credit. A terrible way to do business by this establishment. I will never recommend this place to anyone and actively advise fellow travellers to avoid this place. Minus 25 stars.

Very old hotel, very dark, looked dingy, slow staff, slow response, very poor condition of hotel spa. Welcome drink container had broken valve so we couldn't even get out own drink ๐. Please please at least provide the bare minimum for the guests, thank you.

First time after we've checked in, I requested additional 1 towel but they have kept me waiting without any information, after 3x times call to receptionist and 45 mnt we got the"1 towel". The building and the inside is quite old. The breakfast quite various.
