I paid for a room of 460 thousand rupiah with breakfast. When I had breakfast, there was only rice. So I just ate rice with water. Even though it was not yet 8 am.

The room is clean and the AC is quite cold, but unfortunately, when checking out, there is no tolerance that it has to be at 12.00 WITA even though they only ask for tolerance until 13.00 WITA.

I booked from OTA and the receptionist said if you book from OTA check in time strickly will be at 2pm even if the room was ready. However, if you book direct to the hotel you can check in when ever you want. I don't know why! Really tired after 5 hours flight and it happens to me.

Have stayed 3 times, asked for 1 bed and smoking, confirmed on WA 2 days before, keep the 1 bed and smoking room, when checking in we got non-smoking and 2 beds, unprofessional, they said the room was sold even though we had already kept it, they should have said from the start that we couldn't keep the 1 bed and smoking room. The wifi is not fast enough, it's bad when watching Netflix.
