Easy and quick check in. Unique room design. Awesome service. They even drop chocolate at our room as afternoon snack. Breakfast is served ala carte with quite variation of menu, from indonesian to western food. All in all a very satisfying stay.

It was an awesome stay. CC at desk wered helpful so as the whole staff. Service was excellent. Whatever you call for you ll get that in 5 minutes. Location was excellent. Room were spacious and neat and clean.

I booked the premium room. Ac was not cold even after I left the room for 6hours and the technician couldn't even fix it. The bathroom also smells very bad. When I asked for solution, they asked me to pay extra for the upgraded room which I found it very ridiculous as the issue was from their own management where no well maintenance for all their room were kept. I left no choices other than accept the deluxe room (which is a downgrade room) they gave and the problem still the same. The ac is also not cold at all. Definitely not coming back.

The room was good and clean. But there ' s less activities in the hotel (no bar is open or any live music performances) so we can enjoy our time at the hotel. And I prefer the breakfast is buffet style even we have to purchase more money, that ' s fine for me.
