Hotel jadul. Barang-barangnya sudah tidak layak untuk disebut hotel bintang 4. Karpet kotor banyak debu. Lemari meja ranjang pun kayu pebuh debu. Dinding wallpaper sudah lapuk. Kamar mandi bau pesing bathtub sudah jelek tirai berjamur. Mungkin hotel melati lebih bagus dari ini. Sangat di luar expektasi saya untuk hotel bintang 4. Untungnya karyawan pada respon dan sigap. Saya dipindahkan ke kamar lain yang sedikit lebih baik dengan tambahan 150rb. Saya bawa anak bayi. Kulitnya bentol-bentol gatal. Mungkin terlalu banyak debu di hotel ini. Saya kasih masukan untuk manajement hotel. Tolong perbaiki kualitas hotel sepertinya perlu renov interior kamar. Agar tamu nyaman. Karena kasian juga sama pegawainya yang bagian dimarahin dan minta maaf ke tamu. Padahal mungkin mereka juga ga bisa berbuat apa-apa untuk fasilitas hotel yang sudah kurang layak.

Fasilitas nya lengkap buat anak-anak, hotelnya juga gak ribet friendly lah ya,

Tempat bagus, biarpun hotel lama tp nyaman dan lumayan bersih. All good untuk harga yang dikasih.

Hotel nya punya vibes yang oke banget, dan lokasi nya bagus. Kamar oke dan tampak terawat dengan baik.

Untuk liburan bersama anak-anak sangat menyenangkan. Kolam renang dan playground bagus. Kamar memandang gunung. Dan luas. Pelayanan pegawainya ramah-ramah. Happy ga mau pulang anak-anak.

Staff nya semua bagus-bagus ramah-ramah helpful banget tempat bermain anak ada makanan masih ramah di kantong tapi sayang banget kamarnya gak terurus dateng-dateng sprei kusut, kasur twin yang satu goyang banget gak safety kalo anak-anak main. Kamar mandinya agak bau-bau dikit, dapet view parkiran😂. Makanannya ramah kantong tapi kurang enak. Deket sama warung-warung ada bengkel juga. Sesekali nginep kalo kepepet sih masih oke lah.

The room was very smelly, even drinking was uncomfortable because of the unpleasant aroma. Good service, only the rooms & bathrooms are not worthy of a 4 star hotel class.

Pegawai hotelnya ramah-ramah. Kolam renangnya gede. Ada kolam air hangat juga ya. Puas banget sih nginep di sini. Di dalam kamar mandi ada bathub ada air hangatnya juga ya. Worth it banget buat keluarga. Oya kalo mau bawa orang tua aku saranin kasih notes buat minta di lantai bawah ya.

For the price of 370 thousand with a swimming pool and lots of children's play areas, this is really worth it, there are lots of activities that children can do in the hotel area, starting from archery, throwing balls, toddler playground (in the hotel building), children's playground next to the swimming pool, and Even though the building is old, the rooms are quite clean because there are many hotels at the top that have the same price but are much dirtier hehe.

Old hotel but still ok, comfortable non-smoking rooms plus carpet. Location in Cipanas close to Cibodas.

This was our first visit as a family, to be honest there will be future visits because the children feel at home. The atmosphere is calm, fresh and cleanliness is maintained. Great and thumbs up for Hotel Yasmin Puncak

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The toilet in the room is clean. The swimming pool is clean and spacious. The food is also delicious. Then, if there is live music on Saturday night, it will be even more exciting. There is only 1 drawback: there are only a few TV channels in the room and the picture on the TV is bad.

Dirty place. Doesn't match the picture. Not standard for 4 stars. Not really recommended!

I feel really lucky to be able to stay at the Yasmin Hotel with my family, you can get cheap prices with good hotel quality. Nice rooms, nice bathrooms, swimming pool and large playground, my children really enjoyed vacationing at the Yasmin Hotel.

The service is very friendly & responsive. The rooms are clean, neat & because you stay on a weekday, the atmosphere feels very private. This is the second time I've stayed here, I came back again because it was really satisfying. Hopefully Yasmin will always be busy & maintain the friendliness & comfort of visitors.
