I booked this place for my Girlfriend, not once but twice and she loved it. Everything was perfect 👌 👍. There's going to be a third time soon. I will be a in L'Aquila hopefully next year and I'll book it again this time for myself.

Staying at B&B Culla dell’Aquila was wonderful. I stayed during pandemic times in low season, so I had the place to myself. And even though I was just one person, the owners were super attentive and welcoming. I simply called them a few hours before checking in, outside of booking.com — recommended as the owners get to keep all the money — and received the address by WhatsApp. Coordinates recommended, to find it easily. There’s other comments and reviews stating it’s difficult to find, but with a bit of common sense it’s not a problem at all. It’s above a little Samsung shop! The B&B is all you can expect from a modern and basic suburban Italian B&B. Warm space, clean linen and towels, good lighting, a shared clean bathroom, super sugary breakfast and free coffee. I give five stars because of how I was welcomed, and how one of the owners had no problem speaking English, as well as the location of the B&B since it’s walking distance away from the historic city and Lidl supermarket. 100% recommended when visiting L’Aquila!

Sleepless night due to uncomfortable bed, in the mattress we rolled on top of each other in the center of the bed. We remedied this by putting a blanket under the mattress, at least everyone "slept" in their own part. Absence of toilet paper, absence of shampoo and shower gel. Abundant breakfast. Presence of an insect on the table. For that price we expected at least paper and soaps.
