Good hotel which is located close to Centrale. rooms are comfortable but the toilet can be a bit cold in the winter. Front desk staff are friendly.

We arrived early, and the hotel was kind enough to store our luggage in their secure deposit room. Antonio at the front desk was helpful—he not only gave us a detailed city map but also highlighted the must-see attractions, which was a great touch. The rest of the team made our check-in process seamless and even accommodated our request regarding with the mattress situation.
The hotel itself was spotless, with the lobby, public restrooms, and our room all exuding a pleasant, fresh scent. The location is good—just a short walk from both the train and bus stations, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. There are also several excellent restaurants nearby.
Considering the affordable price we paid, I think this hotel offers great value for its location, cleanliness, and helpful service. Highly recommend!

The hotel staff are very helpful and pleasant. The hotel is quite close to train station, the area is dirty and there are some homeless people around. We were not bothered from anyone during our stay. Just like any city you need to be smart and observant of your surroundings. The hotel has a great rooftop terrace that over looks the city. Incredible panoramic view. Overall this was a great hotel with very easy access to train station.

Pictures do not represent condition of hotel/rooms. This place has not been maintained. In my room there was peeling paint, the wood trim needed repainting several years ago and there was such a strong odor of mildew/mold coming from the bathroom I had to keep the door closed. Had I not arrived late and was there for one night I would have left and found someplace else. The attendant at the front desk was poor. The place is in a good location.

Good for bargain travelers, Rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast is good. Surrounding area leaves a lot to be desired, but it is centrally located and walkable to many of the points of interest. Nice roof garden with views of city and Vesuvius.

Loved the hotel and staff but area around is very dirty and noisy and we didnt feel too safe unless we were inside hotel .
But that says more about city than the facility. You guys were great !

This is not a B&B.. it is just a a name.
They charged me extra for a bad breakfast with bad coffee. They ask for an email and then send spam 5x a day.. i had to block this bs.
