Mario was awesome! His attention to detail and care for his customers is incredible. We came for my husband's bike race (Gran Sasso) and enjoyed our stay. Great location for the event and surrounded by such beautiful scenery. Great small kitchenette (with included plates, silverware, pots and pans and cooking utensils), including a medium/large fridge and freezer. Kids loved having their own room and a play ground on site. It was pet friendly, which was also why we stayed here - and so happy we did, great experience! We would absolutely come back again.

One of the best B&B we had the pleasure to stay. Spacious, clean rooms with kitchenette. Generous breakfast with gorgeous home made cakes and crostata. But above all Mario and the staff were incredible friendly and felt like we were home. Very nice place few km away from l'Aquila and campo imperatore. Good solution to visit all the nice places and villages around. Family friendly; pizzeria and restaurants very close by. Little playground just in front of the building very helpful if you are travelling with kids. Great value for money. Mario prepared breakfast in a bag since we had to leave early in the morning and gave us extra snacks for the long trip ahead. Felt like being a regular customer who had been there for years. The best cappuccino and macchiato on the region with a gorgeous view of the Gran Sasso. Mario the owner is a delightful and very welcoming host.

Fabulous breakfasts with nice personal. At breakfasts was many local people, police officers, mountain rescuers,... Nice modern room. There was a beautiful view on Gran Sasso.

The owners are very friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts are great and so are the rooms and views. One of the best places I've ever stayed.
