The very old, but completely renovated and restored house with its thick walls and the very beautiful garden is in the middle of the landscape of the Marche with wonderful views to each direction because its on a hill, 12 km from the sea. So it is cool and the owners Emmanuela and Emidio were phantastic hosts. It is very very quiet there and a good atmosphere. The breakfast is marvellous with a very great range of food (only the bread wasn’t to our taste) . You can take as much as you like with you , in the fridge in the kitchen for the evening or for the daily tours in Tupperware boxes, which Emmanuela makes available for you. A little problem are the mosquitos. So take a electric Mosquito repel with you for the room. But they are not a great problem, only if you forget to close the door of your room, like I did it once. Outside there are none. For us it was the best place for our needs: a perfect place to rest, a perfect place as a start-up for trips to the places like Ascoli Piceno, to the Piano Grande (Plateau) in the Sybillinic mountains, to the sea and to many other wonderful places near there. We stayed there for 10 days and the price/performance relation was very good Eva & Elias

My company and I stayed just one night for the Jovanotti concert event at the Fermo lido. Location surrounded by greenery with breathtaking views. ideal for a couple, very quiet and welcoming, the rooms fresh, without turning on air conditioning or fans and very clean, especially the toilet. The owners are friendly, kind and available for dialogue with pleasant conversation. Excellent service, plentiful breakfast, with various sweet and savory choices. The service also includes the takeaway of uneaten food, providing the appropriate containers for the takeaway itself. I highly recommend it to everyone.... we will definitely be back!

There are magical places where time stops and all the tiredness and frenzy disappear to give way to serenity and the desire to explore. In the wind of roses, accompanied by Emanuela and Emidio, you will live in enchanting rooms (romantic, spacious and spotless), you will be able to taste a thousand delicacies that will accompany you throughout the day (thanks to the breakfast and the picnic basket), you will admire the hills sitting comfortably on a lie down or be massaged by the bubbles of the hydromassage and you will never be bored. You won't miss anything except the desire to start again.

A FAVOR! Enchanting location. Entering one of the 2 bedrooms as if by magic you go back 100 years, among lace and family trousseau, it is cared for down to the smallest detail and very clean. Even the bar of hand soap...(TOP X ME) tastes of other times! When you wake up, immersed in silence and tranquility, the very kind managers welcome you with a special breakfast of many good homemade things and if you don't eat everything... and it's impossible to make it, they will prepare a food bag for you to take away.
