We stayed at Il Giardino for 2 nights on our 10 day trip around Sicily. Aurora and her colleagues were very welcoming and attentive.
Il Giordano is more B&B than hotel but the guests all enjoyed time in the lounge area chilling.. throughout the day.
Breakfast was superb!
The location is such that the noise of Palermo is a constant but once you’re used to it, it’s fine…
The cathedral and many other sites are close by so it’s easy to step out to see your next location and then return to the tranquility of Il Giardino!
Highly recommended!

Just perfect, the place was a recently renovated stable block, with lots of character but modern styling, romantic get away. Very clean, amazing 5* breakfast. The room was lovely and I slept well. Right in the centre, I feel I have seen the true Palermo. Just the perfect break. Take their advice on a taxi from the airport and places to eat. Lovely staff.

Really lovely hotel. It’s called a B&B because I guess there is no bar and the reception is not staffed 24 7 but it is like a boutique hotel.
Building is from 1600, it was once a stable!
Place is full of character. Beautiful lounge area. Aurora on reception was so generous with her time and help.
I think there are only 7 rooms. Our room was super.
Gardens are very nice though we were here in February so we didn’t sit out.
Location is bang in the middle of the historic area. It’s not a pretty area (but it’s typical of old Palermo), narrow streets, difficult if you have a car to park.
Based on our experience we would highly recommend this place.

The hospitality and the location is very good. One star less for rooms, as the bathroom lock wasn’t working.
Otherwise clean and spacious and airy, loft room with the skylight is a beautiful choice. Good for travel with another person or for a solo traveler
House dog and cat roam around freely, a nice companion when missing your own pet at home

Charming bnb more like a boutique hotel. Large comfy rooms. Very clean, great customer service before, during and after our stay. The lovely staff provided us with a link to driving directions including to nearby free on street parking, and helped us with registration for the ZTL too. Great breakfast too served in a lovey dining room.
