This is a beautiful hotel with real linen sheets! And a wonderful staff- especially the concierge Valentina, who helped us with excellent recommendations for shopping, dining and site seeing.

My husband was able to use their meeting room for his business call. I did not receive any upgrade like I had in my other bookings. I paid extra for a much bigger room but the room we got was still very small.

The room was too hot, I opened the window however it was very noisy, I did not sleep well.
There were no drawers to put clothing so we had to live out of our suitcases however,
There was no room for the suitcases
The armoire is too big for the room, a smaller piece of furniture with drawers would be more useful

Hotel was decent but felt underwhelming for our honeymoon stay in Florence.
We booked a superior room but we were put in the very back of the hotel and our window faced a dark alley. Didn’t feel “superior” or particularly memorable, but the service was acceptable and room was well decorated and kept clean.
