Hotel is clean. Rooms are nice and clean, great view of nearby mountain, staff friendly, breakfast is fresh & tasty, and a quiet location. Walking distance to small town Erba, but otherwise you'll need a car. Outside furniture is under roof - so fully enjoyed a fantastic lightening & torrential rain storm.
I should have taken a picture of the hotel dog. An older fellow, mellow, loves naps, friendly, and oh-so-petable.

I travel for a living and this place is at the top of my list. Fantastic service, great food, beautiful hotel, family owned and operated. Staff speaks multiple languages and the entire hotel is spotless. They even helped me translate some business forms I needed help with. Instead of moving around to other hotels we came back here each night. Safe area, trails nearby and anything we wanted was within 10 min of hotel. My Best pick for 2021!

Very modern hotel. We were with a big group so we didn't have a lot of interaction with staff, but when we did they were courteous. Biggest problem for us was that it was a smoking hotel. There were ashtrays in the rooms and all linen and towels smelled of smoke. Being allergic to smoke it was hard to stay here. I literally put down my clothes on top of the pillowcase so I wouldn't have to put my face into smoke filled linens. Food was good, but a little light on options for breakfast. I wouldn't come back, but only because of the smoke, if you don't mind that, it is a nice hotel.

From 2006 Until 2012 I stayed at this hotel each Summer for 4-6 weeks a year. This hotel and staff became a home away from home. To this day it is still the best food I have ever eaten. 10/10. You will not be disappointed.

The hotel is found to be very welcoming. Rooms tidy smart and clean with modern decor.
Staff in reception helpful and polite. Speak very good English.
The restaurant serves some very nice food. The waiting staff are especially professional and I enjoyed the dining experience here.
