I had an amazing time getting to experience the countryside of Italy and the calmness it brings. The staff here was amazing and hardworking, always attentive and smiling. The pool is great along with the whole property. I highly recommend this to anyone wanting to experience the countryside while also having Rome close by only an hour away with car. We went early may and although it rained a bit we had many days with 20-25 degrees and sun. The owner organised a private cooking class for us in which we were taught how to make authentic Italian pasta and other dishes along with tiramisu. We also took part in a bigger dinner event with great food and local wine brought by a neighbouring farmer.

We can only add our positive review after celebrating our wedding last September 28th at Borgo Noci! Before anything else, we thank Matteo and his team (the staff, the mother in the kitchen, the super Andrea for the pastry and the cake) for the availability shown from the first moment. Since we chose Borgo Noci, Matteo has always been there for information and advice. After that, the availability and professionalism was also maximum with our guests, both the evening before the reception for the reception at the apartments, and on the day itself. We received compliments for the beauty of the place, elegant and well-kept in its simplicity amidst the nature of Sabina, and (we should write this first!) for the quality of the food offered. Adequate portions, excellent local raw materials, some of which are super km0, as we so desired, because they are home-produced (such as eggs from scratching hens, garden products, various preserves, oil, liqueurs) and therefore genuine flavours... Even in this Matteo followed us in our needs, allowing us, for example, to be able to think about alternative proposals to the large buffet which was not for us. In short, "little smoke and a lot of fire"! The same goes for the service, nothing left to chance, Matteo always discreet but present and attentive, right times during the banquet and ability to manage the unexpected (in our case the weather). We allow ourselves only one suggestion, that is to pay more attention to the interior of the rooms as for the rest of the structure; small details that make guests so happy. We spent a very pleasant stay in this farmhouse surrounded by the greenery of the Sabine mountains. The owner, Matteo, is kind and very available for any request or advice. The swimming pool is cleaned daily and you can enjoy a beautiful view of the countryside. The apartment is very simple but comfortable. The Wifi works well, it's a repeater so you can put it wherever you like. I have read some undeserved negative reviews, since this is a farmhouse - not a hotel - so it is logical that it is not equipped with all the comforts of a hotel. Before booking you could make a phone call to find out if what you need is present or not. Another positive note is that it is possible to buy their products including fresh eggs from chickens raised right on their farm, oil, wine, jams. The guests who stayed in the same period as us were very pleasant and nice! There is a family atmosphere that makes everything even more relaxing than it already is. In just a few minutes by car you can easily reach groceries, bars, restaurants and butcheries. We will definitely be back.
