The air conditioning did NOT work. We paid for two nights, but after waking up at 3am after a sleepless hot night, we packed up and paid (again) for new lodgings for the second night. The room was clean enough. The shower had good water pressure and was hot. Included were snacks and a large bottle of water in the fridge.

The best place I've stayed at yet in Italy. Rooms are extremely clean and comfortable with modern designs. All appliances work well and the shower+rain shower was so comfortable i didn't even want to leave the shower! There are snacks and water in the room.
The owner is also very nice. He was waiting for us downstairs at the front door when we arrived and explained to us clearly where all the nearby restaurants are and the information for sightseeing. There is breakfast included which is served at two nearby cafés.

Excellent service by Gianluca when meeting up, handing over keys with information about all you need to know about restaurants, train tickets etc. Very clean rooms and nice bathrooms, the area is very central but the street is calm and its not noisy at all, the neighbours in the building are calm and quiet. We recommend this to all our friends and if we go back to La spezia this is where we will stay again!

I would hardly recommend Cà Da Sirio. The room was clean, good service and the more important for me, they are dog friendly. They have 5 room and we hade "Riomaggiore ".
