This place is the ultimate experience! We were there during Christmas. The town is almost fully closed but Andrea and Sergio were super helpful to book us restaurants and help us with anything. The tower is adult only but we asked whether we could stay with our kids and they let us decide on that. It was super cool. For any family to stay 6 years old is doable. There are many stairs and they are steep. Waking up in the tower is very special, and the views are stunning. Thanks for having us!

We stayed here for 3 nights in late November 2024. It was ultimate luxury with all the bells and whistles. We felt pampered throughout. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated and with an excellent view of the harbour, old city and fortress. I highly recommend the private dining cooked in our suite/ tower… great cooking and an absolutely personalised experience. Andrea was always ready to answer our questions and Sergio looked after all our needs. I will never forget the experience of staying at Capitolare Tower, and I will definitely be back in the future. As they say, this is not just a hotel—staying here is a truly beautiful experience, and it feels like a destination in itself. The artwork in the room is created by local artists, and the chef prepared us local dishes that were absolutely delicious. You can feel the love that the designers and staff have for Porto Venere, and it made us fall in love with it too. 1. Room: The room retains the historic exterior walls, but the interior is furnished with luxurious and tasteful decor. I absolutely loved the art pieces displayed throughout. From the ground floor to the terrace, the entire space was ours to enjoy, and the room offers stunning views of the sea. 2. Service: Mr. Sergio’s service was outstanding and warm. From picking us up at the parking lot to seeing us off, everything was perfect. He helped plan and arrange an event and a surprise for my fiancée, exactly as I wanted. This will be a memory we cherish for a lifetime. 3. Dining: Dinner was prepared by Miss Coco, featuring local cuisine. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were exceptional. We truly enjoyed every dish, and you could feel the care and warmth she put into her cooking, creating a homely atmosphere. 4. Location and Access: The hotel is conveniently located near the parking lot, and it’s just a short walk to nearby attractions. With its direct view of the sea, it’s the perfect location.

During my recent two-week trip to Italy, my stay at Capitolare Tower in Cinque Terre was the highlight of the journey. Every aspect of the experience surpassed my highest expectations. From securing a dinner reservation with a stunning view to driving my partner and me to Riomaggiore for an exploration of the five villages along with pickup, and even organizing a private birthday dinner at the tower complete with a personal chef, birthday cake, and a heartfelt rendition of "Happy Birthday"—Sergio’s attention to detail was remarkable. I wholeheartedly recommend Capitolare Tower for an unparalleled experience. You will be exceptionally well taken care of.
