We had such a amazing time here. A beatuiful house, away from all the stress. The trip to get here is a bit trick (over the pass), but it's worth it!

We stayed in the Il Cipresso apartment, one of the 9 in the structure: simply beautiful, very clean and equipped with everything! The location is panoramic, quiet and truly strategic for those who want to visit the many places of interest that the Casentino offers. The swimming pool is ideal for post-trek relaxation. Honest prices. The owner, Mr. Giorgio, is very nice and always available and friendly. He provided us with useful information always with a smile. It was a stay truly dedicated to psycho-physical well-being: highly recommended!!!!!

The location is perfect, quiet area, good parking and a very nice owner and a nice large swimming pool and the apartments have a very nice Tuscan design.
But there were also some shortcomings, especially the maintenance, the hot water supply almost fell apart and eventually failed. The mixer tap on the sink was extremely heavy and made a creaking sound, which woke everyone up during the night.
The sofas in the living room were also a sofa bed, but this did not improve comfort.
And the tiles around the pool were sagging and many weeds between the tiles. If the maintenance issue were resolved, we would definitely visit this location again.

Nice apartment but the house had the minimum essential amenities. For example, there was no oven, no pan, and the dishes were counted. In summer I think the garden with swimming pool and games for children is also very nice, as well as the free access barbecue.
My apartment overlooked the road that leads to Camaldoli, which was unexpectedly busy from the early hours of the morning. However, the view is stupendous and the proximity to Camaldoli is minimal so in just a few minutes you can reach routes of extraordinary beauty!

Enchanting place suitable for families and couples, structure immersed in the Tuscan countryside we had a wood-burning oven and barbecue available, well-kept garden, here you can feel at home. The apartments are equipped with all comforts and are furnished with antique and well-kept furniture. I will definitely return in the summer as there is a jacuzzi and a huge swimming pool.
