I had the opportunity of booking a 3 night stay with this "hotel" and I would not recommend it to my biggest enemy. The only positive thing is the location, which is relatively close to the train station. I booked and pre-paid my stay here and arrived at the premises. When I arrived, the receptionist (mid-aged, black curly hair with glasses) was initially kind and kept our luggage while the room was getting ready. When we arrived back, she took us to the separate building which was not hotel at all. On the Booking the hotel is portrayed as a "2 star" hotel, but she took us to the separate building that is not a hotel at all, let alone 2-star hotel. The room we received was nothing compared to the room booked and advertised. Then we realised it was the typical trap. What is more, the room was dusty, dirty, the blinds were rusty, there were stains from God knows which liquids on the walls. The toilet seat was broken and there were strange sticky liquids on the shower tiles. When we approached the receptionist about this, her mood completely changed. She became very rude, didn't even understand English much. She implied this is what we booked. We showed her the pictures of the broken toilet seat, sticky tiles, stains on the walls and she simply ignored it. When we requested for the refund, she ignored us and told us to complain on Booking instead. She kept the money and did not bother the slightest neither did she try to offer us other room and accommodate this issue. At the end she started cussing at us and yelling in Italian. WORST HOTEL EVER! Do not visit. There are far better options nearby and there is no need for this place to exist and operate at all. Don't let someone like this to ruin your stay in a city like Milan, which offers far better hotels for the same price.

I really don't recommend it. The only positive point is the friendliness of the receptionists. Otherwise, it's a terrible hotel. The sheets were clearly poorly washed. The room's cleanliness also left something to be desired. My room was in another building, on another street. The soundproofing in the room is non-existent, making it impossible to sleep. Especially because there was a drunk couple of guests who spent most of the night sitting in a sort of cafeteria, very close to the rooms. In addition, the sounds from the street, which is busy, are also not isolated. There is not a single socket with a European plug in the room, so if you are a tourist from another country, there is no way to charge your phone. Luckily, I always carry a power bank with me. The bed is uncomfortable, the TV only works with audio. And it is not a very cheap hotel to justify all this neglect. Terrible experience!

Poor quality hotel, and it wasn’t even cheap. I found a small cockroach in the bathroom, the room was grim, with a tiny bed. Worst of all, the sound proofing was dreadful, I could hear my neighbours couch, spit and even pee in the toilet. I do not recommend it.

Average hotel, not very clean, half of it is a way away. They charge you €5 to leave your luggage for a couple of hours, in a space that isn’t guarded. Not good.

This is a no frills hotel. It's best feature is it is close to the metro and easy to travel around Milan. However the rooms are a little outdated. The toilet seat was broken and the hairdryer had seen better days. But the biggest downside is the noise. The rooms are not soundproof at all. We were woken several times by people arriving late at night and I could hear every snore from the person next door and it's on a very busy street. We were in the second hotel which is one street over, the main hotel bit may be nicer.
