Lovely staff and fantastic location to walk Rome. Quiet in the early morning but the area is very busy during the day and night. Great view at breakfast over the fountain and the breakfast was delicious. I enjoyed my stay

Staff very helpful & friendly. Light euro style buffet breakfast included. Rooms compact with high ceilings, mini fridge, very comfortable sleeps if you enjoy the sound of running water from Trevi lulling in the background. Walkable location to grab a gelato, pizza or pasta nearby. Closest stop 8 for most tour buses about 10 minute walk. Offered to arrange airport pickup/drop off, local rates. Would return again, very pleasant staff, light breakfast included & location central to access transport options within short walk, if you enjoy fountains, Trevi views amazing.

It’s a cute boutique hotel. The location is a great central point for most of the biggest sight seeing in Rome. The staff is great especially Camilla. She gave us the best recommendations for food, shops, things to see, etc. You can’t beat the view of Trevi Fountain from the rooftop lounge. If you are looking for a more intimate hotel with good access to everything and a fabulous staff this is the place!

Breakfast was good everyday we stayed. Hotel room was clean however there were no provided drink glasses in the room and it would have fresh towels and linin every couple of days.

We really enjoyed our stay here while in Rome. Very convenient location. If crowds and noisy people are not your jam, then this is not your best option. We enjoyed the energy of the crowds and the beautiful view of the fountain over breakfast and evening drinks.

LOVED the location of this property! Very convenient & walkable. You were able to eat breakfast while looking out at the Trevi fountain. Staff was very friendly. The only issue was the small space in the bathroom & the smell of the water was a bit off. If you shut the toilet, it was much better.

Obviously loved the breakfast cafe with a great view of the Trevi Fountain! But the staff was very helpful. My wife uses a wheelchair and the staff assisted with moving her and the chair through the lobby on several occasions. They did not have to and i was very impressed with their kindness.

They gave us an early check in and are most accommodating. Remember- this is an old classic facility. The wiring has no usb charging in the room. The tub stopper didn’t work. It’s tight in the rooms - not at all spacious.
Let’s talk about the positives. It’s conveniently located in a delight to wake up, looking at the beautiful Trevi. The staff were kind and courteous and committee to giving you the best service within their abilities. Could you really ask for more?

Very good location in center of city. Very friendly staff and very good breakfast. Beautiful view from breakfast room onto Trevi Fountain.
Bathroom we did not like. It was very small, barely able to get to toilet. Shower had good water pressure.

The hotel is very old, which is why I booked it. My tiny single room provided everything needed. Location is both a pro and a con. Close to Trevi Fountain, shops and restaurants. The noise from the street was very loud every morning about 3:00 for about an hour. Staff was ok. They did indicate they would get me a car to the airport for about 20 Euros more than the fixed rate for a taxi, acting like they didn’t know what the fixed rate is. Breakfast was nice each morning.

The staff and room were pleasant! The location was a prime location but I would probably stay somewhere less busy next time. It was about a 30 minute walk from the train station. People are always crowded outside of the hotel entrance by the Trevi fountain. The sound of people outside is very loud throughout the night and early morning. The shower was just a corner of the bathroom, very small and uncomfortable. The toilet was so close to the sink.
