The hotel is conveniently placed nearby transport links eg. metro and tram links. The rooms are lovely and clean, we had a lovely view of the canals. The highlight of this hotel are the staff they are beyond helpful and friendly. They were really kind and made us feel really welcome.

Had to pay over $800 for one night because of last minute booking. Hotel provided one towel, no tissues. No English TV stations (like news). Air conditioning was shut off (only heat mode and fan) and HVAC fan did not turn on. Thermostat said the room was 25 degrees Celsius at 1AM. Bed comfort was okay for one night but would wear on one for multiple nights. Beware this hotel is right on the tram tracks (noise). Be prepared to carry your bags up several stairs to get to the elevator.

Myself and my son stayed for 3 nights for the Italian GP. The hotel is a little outside of central Milan but we knew this beforehand. The hotel was clean and friendly. The staff on reception were very helpful and spoke English very well. Theres plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance and the ones down by the canals are great.

Absolutely fantastic on all counts. Breakfast is wonderful with made to order coffee. Air conditioning is super robust and reliable. Rooms are modern and clean. Best of all the staff- so friendly and accommodating! And location can’t be beat. At this price point it’s a no-brainer!

Property is very clean, however single room is very small, 10 square meters. You feel yourself like in a train sleeping compartment.
Streaming TV is terrible, be Cayuse With-Fi system is always interrupted, and a screen became dark.
Each room need to have a description how to use digital key to operate TV/movies streaming. Mist programs are only on Italian language, at least Euronews must be not only in Italian. If hotel is booked via Expedia.com , TV must be in English too .

The hotel is Modern, clean, has excellent Buffet, very pleasant and helpful staff. It appears to be new, and has refrigerators, safe, good showers, new TV, good air condition. The surrounding area can get noisy, traffic..McDonalds and KFC adjoin the building.

Nice staff. Especially the breakfast server was very attentive. They ask for your passports and won’t accept anything else as your ID, so we should have been informed of this earlier. We walked everywhere from this hotel location. Garage is off site but within walking distance. You give your key to the garage staff and just go back to pick up your car. Good for 24 hrs. Don’t exceed the time limit.

The best hotel for Rome, the Tram station is right in front of the hotel, which takes you to all the places nearby canal and hundreds of restaurants to choose from; front desk clerk MadhuMati was nice and friendly. Clean room and good quick breakfast. The hotel does not have onsite parking but there is a parking garage for 20 euro/night in walking distance.
