Beautiful hotel near the airport. Modern and clean. The only downside is it’s a bit too far to walk to the airport (with luggage) and the taxi ride is only 3 minutes but ended up costing much more than expected due to our ride being in early morning hours and the surcharge for going to the airport. If you don’t need to taxi to/from airport would definitely recommend!

Comfortable and quiet hotel away from center noises. A 15-min bus ride away from the center. If you are attending opera at the arena, it will probably end after midnight and you will need to pay for taxi back. This can be prearranged with the hotel. Very easant stay and delicious cappuccinos

Very horrible experience! The air condition is not working and no staff you can ask after 7pm! I have to go back to my car to switch on the air condition to cool myself. Really thought of just sleeping in the car is more comfortable than in the room! Have to open the window for ventilation but the hotel located on a major road which is very noisy.

The room was a bit small, and the hot water was only warm. But, overall, it was a nice place!
The staff was also pleasant and very helpful.
They do shut the place down at 7pm. But, it may be the time of year, Feb. When i was there. But, it's easy to get in and out. It's a very safe place and several dinning options near by.
Overall, i highy recommend this hotel.

We booked the flight and got the hotel stay insurance as recommended by Expedia. In mid-May we discovered we could not get airline tickets for our June trip. Simply no flights available. So we canceled all of our hotels except this one would not cancel/refund. Even though they knew our group of six could not get there. We communicated with them ahead of time.Our simple insurance claim on this one hotel stay has now been pending for over three months! Hotel won't refund the group and neither will Expedia, which says to contact the travel insurance company they recommended. That company (AIG/AON) continues to put our claim off further. We hope to return to Italy in 2021, but these things I know for sure: 1) we will not stay at Hotel Opera and 2) we will not use Expedia to book it or use their travel insurance.

The hotel is very conveniently located for the airport and has free parking. The rooms are clean and pleasant. The service was very good - I was offered a take-away breakfast before I went to bed because I had to leave before breakfast was served. The only issue with staying here is the limited opening hours for reception which closes at 10pm. This can be an issue if you’re arriving late on a flight. And when reception is closed, there is no direct access to the car park - you need to walk out into the street and access the car park with a key code through the main gate. This was a hassle with baggage. One other minor point was that the shower head was broken but usable. It was odd that such a cheap repair hasn’t been completed.

Since my first review was deleted.. here it is again. The staff is rude, they do not make you feel welcome. You are NOT allowed to use the dining tables in their bar, they make you take you food back to your room to eat it, and the rooms are small. Check-in was rough. The woman there is rude and is easily flustered. The parking lot is smaller than my driveway at home and since they have a bar open to the public there, if you come before 9pm there is no where to park, and no where in the street either. This was THE ONLY hotel in all of Italy that would not allow me to register with one passport, she insisted on having both passports. My husband couldn't leave the car because there was no parking and I had to send someone to get his passport before she would continue. The wifi did not work well, it was very slow and this is a tiny hotel. The rooms are redone nicely and are spotless, but amenities are few and the beds are not comfortable. AC is either freezing or non existent. I would not stay here again. You are on a VERY busy road and not much going on around there.

Clean and tidy. Bed was quite hard but very large. Only one pillow each. We could have asked for more it was a bit late at night when we realised. Breakfast was very good for a continental in a really quaint setting. Good pizzeria next door which we used after 10.30 pm and still got welcomed. Secure parking.
