I enjoyed 2 nights here. It was clean and easy to handle breakfast and check-in. Overall appearance .....needs some paint outside/inside and around windows. Back garden could have been darling if tools and ladders were put away in the shed with the doors closed.

Location was only ok but the room was good and the reception staff on arrival was quite friendly. For the price, it was a good choice.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. It was a rip off and a total waste of money. Totally misrepresented on Expedia and the pictures are a total lie. It looks horrible in person. Our room was in the attic and had leaking pipes. The staff was rude and the room was extremely dirty and felt unsafe. The front desk guy, Fabio, was unhelpful. I would advise to stay somewhere else even if it cost you a little extra. It was my first time in Milan and I hated everything about it but most of it is the hotel. The utensils were dirty and the cups smelled bad. Overall, extremely dirty and would never go back or recommend it for anyone I know or don’t know. This doesn’t even qualify as a 1 star hotel.

Cheap hotel, you get what you pay for. It’is dated but very clean, room size on the small side, bed comfy, bathroom sufficient. Breakfast was ok, quite small selection of food. You get what you pay for here. Staff very friendly, despite all said, I would stay again.

Good location , walking distance from metro Station. But staff was incredible obnoxious. How can you work in the hotel industry and not have a welcoming smile?
The room was OK but there was a big storm during our last night and we had some water dripping from the windows on the ceiling. I told the staff but they seamed not to worry too much.

That budget hotel is conveniently located close to ZTL border. Walking time to Venice center attractions is 20-25 minutes. The room was clean, the breakfast was OK.
