This properties has the nicest view set in a medival village and the staff is great.

Really pleased with the quality of service from the staff at all times. 5 stars all around. We had to make cancellations for our wine tasting we booked, the hotel made a great recommendation which we really enjoyed. The hotel accommodated all of our requests promptly. We also had a misunderstanding with the local taxi company, but the hotel were happy to help and mediate the problem. They also sent us a lovely note and a bottle of wine for the inconvenience caused for the misunderstanding. Amazing hotel in beautiful surroundings. Breakfast and Dinner in the Hotel Restaurant was great too.

Every part of the experience was perfect. The room, the views, the staff, the spa, the wedding I was there for. It is a place out of a fairy tale. Gorgeous. The breakfast is worth the money and so convenient. The shuttles to and from the spa and Sara at the spa was above all the rest. Helped make my friend, the bride, feel so welcome. Can’t wait to come back.

This is the first time I have ever written a review of a property but feel compelled to let everyone know not to stay here. The staff and people are great. However, the room was filled with 3 different types of bugs / flies. Must have killed 30 over the course of 2 nights. Completely unacceptable and will never return back to this place.

The property is lovely and grand. Great views and space around the pool. The room was big and comfortable. The hotel needs a renovation but everything was clean and working. We golfed and enjoyed ourselves. It was very beautiful place to spend a couple days.

Air conditioning did not work. We had to change a couple of rooms to get better service. Refrigerators in all rooms did not work, and it took some time to fix it. The Internet did not work and we had to wait for a couple of days, while they were working on restoring it.

The lovely, helpful and friendly staff just about make this hotel palatable.
This is a tired and worn-out hotel - the room smelt old and musty - the decor looked from the 80’s - as was the breakfast room!
The long drive is pitted with potholes.
The main saving grace was a good swimming pool - serving excellent lunches in a loggia overlooking the pool.
Hilton - you need to spend money on this property - you have great staff who are the biggest asset!

La Bagnaia is a disgrace and a mischievous rip off. Bagnaia is the main hotel, but what does not appear on Hotels.com is that they have a second part to the hotel, Borgo Filetta. Bagnaia has all the amenities, pool, views etc, while remote Filetta on the other side of the highway has nothing. So beware as Filetta which can feature max 3 stars is being advertised as Bagnaia (5 stars) on Hotels.com. The management and staff know about this but nothing is being done to correct this. The surroundings look really nice but apart from this, Bagnaia is not at the level of a 5 star resort: No service at the pool (lack of towels and no staff seems to care), way to few sun beds for the amount of guests, very poor breakfast and basic options cost extra. The bed was very narrow in our room and on wheels. Staff could not fix the bed rolling in all directions. Pass your way, this place has too many issues and it would be a pity to ruin a vacation in Tuscany by staying there.

A great hotel in Tuscany. It was very quiet where we stayed, which was a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff was very friendly and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. We don’t golf but noticed how beautiful their course was.

While the AC is turned off for the season and the computer in the business center is useless due to the software prohibiting the use of any scripts, the resort is still remarkable. The bed is comfortable and the breakfast is the best we've found in the area. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel has the best accommodations that you will find in all of Siena.

Huge resort tuscan style with golf course and spa, location is good to explore the tuscan region, the rooms are clean and decent size.an espresso coffeee machine would have been a good addition to room which was missing, bathrooms are clean with designer toiletries. They have a huge spa with indoor pool and a mineral outdoor pool witha gym and sauna, steam, and jacuzzi facilities.

Great Location, beautiful environment, and lovely bedroom in the 1000 year old Canons house.
Two gripes. I went jogging around the estate, but was told by the green-keepers that I couldn't run anywhere on the golf course nor in the woods, so I ended running on a main road. I checked the literature and it said that there were jogging trails, and the wood was marked "Woodland Walks", so I asked the concierge and he said that there were no jogging trail maps!
My second gripe was the service on the Sunday. The pool side bar was not manned for many hours, and when it was the food available had been limited...for example the menu (Which only has 6 or so items on it) included Melon and Ham, but this was had run out. Frustratingly, someone else in our party ordered a cheese and ham Toastie, and that arrived with Ham, and someone else ordered Fruit and icecream.....the fruit was Melon.....So they could have served Melon and Ham. Generally the service felt a little "Stubborn".
