This property is okay for a short stay. The rooms are fairly standard for Italy. The room was clean and the shower worked well. The air conditioner worked however it rattled loudly when on. The staff were extremely friendly and check in and check out were easy.

The property has declined since we stayed here 2-years ago. We had hair on our bathroom floor and it's time for them to wash the bed coverings. We had written confirmation breakfast was included through our Expedia reservation, but the hotel staff requested us to pay stating it was a "typo." The location of this hotel is convenient, but there are plenty of others with better customer service and clean floors. We'll pick a different one next time.

I stayed there for 4 nights in Milan and it was the worst four nights of my life. The host was EXTREMELY UNWELCOMING and yelled at me if I asked any questions. The worst part was that I found BED BUGS on the best and then they gave me another room and that’s where I found bed bug poop and get bitten even more. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!! now all of my belongings and my house are exposed to bed bugs and I’m in great distress during the holidays. Please stay away!!!!!!

Originally I was put in room the size of a closet, literally, I could not fit my very modest suit case there. No wardrobe, no desk, nothing ... I asked for a different room, but was told that I can upgrade for additional price. After I complained to Expedia, next day my room was upgraded for free. Although a better room, it still fell short of 4 star hotel. No room service, very basic conditions. What was particularly upsetting is that WiFi connection WAS NOT SECURE. I was intended to work from there and was not able to.

Good location, friendly staff, nice and clean, decent price. Be forewarned, I'm used to small rooms in Europe, and while it was a little on the small side, the shower is impossibly small. Smallest I have ever seen. If you are larger, I would definitely recommend staying elsewhere

The disposable plastic cups for water and the daily towel changes was not eco-friendly. There was no counter space in the bathroom and I got my leg on the tub faucet repeatedly- the layout was so awkward. There were no blackout curtains and just a single sheet to cover up with to sleep. The staff was great - but the hotel seemed old and outdated. The price didn’t match the expectations.

This is a tough one.
The good:
Staff were really lovely, hotel was in a great location, really close to public transport
Room was nice enough for the price
The bad:
The room smelt so bad of cigarette smoke, it seemed to get worse during our stay as though it was coming through the vents or air conditioner from another room. As a non smoker this was rough.

They tried to cover up cigarette smell in the room, air conditioning was not working and was extremely noisy, television did not work, bed was hard as a rock and pillows were flat as a pancake. Just terrible.

The hotel was nice and clean. It’s located in a very convenient area that is close to the Milan Central Station with lots of shops and dining options. The only downside is that the room was small and the internet was really slow.

Helpful and friendly staff, great location of property considering price.
Note that his very noisy place - something going on outside almost 24/7 cars, people, cars, bikes, music - so we slept with ear plugs and even that wasn’t 100% helping.
