Clean hotel with proper services

Close to public transportation. Clean and updated.

Hotel was clean and late check in went all good. Only issue was we stayed 4 of us in total in room (2 adult and 2 children) but only provided 2 bed. One bed wasn't comfortable at all and the blanket in one bed was for single person.

there was no AC in the rooms and the staff there tried to convince me that this is the Italian law to shut the AC in October, although i didn't find any law saying this. Moreover, they asked me to open the window despite my room was in the 6th floor and there is not safety film installed in the windows. I had a picture for insects that are on the window from outside. Also, the staff don't speak English and even some of the signs in the rooms are translated incorrectly. I asked for one extra pillow, they brought me an extra towel.

A basic modern hotel with all the facilities you would expect. Let down by cost cutting such as small, disposable paper cups in the room instead of glasses, and mugs for tea etc. the infrastructure in the rooms is looking tired and worn, albeit serviceable. The food was good - apart from the dried out focaccia (avoid) - and the breakfast staff were lovely

I wont recommend

Location was ok, tons of tour buses. Shower access in the room was awful. Very limited space for the toilet. Server for the lunch buffet was useless. Food was sparse and cold, no desserts, you have to beg for a coffee or more water. No service at the pool area during most of the day. The pool does not open till 11:00 and closed at 8:00. Not great if you want to get in a workout.

I had a great time at the hotel during my 3-night stay with my mother. The staff was wonderful—attentive and professional. The room was spacious with very comfortable beds, and the bathroom was also generously sized. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. I gave the hotel 4 stars because, in my opinion, it’s starting to feel a bit dated. The shower water temperature fluctuated between hot and cold, making it difficult to shower comfortably. The pillows were also not very comfortable; one was a thin, soft square, while the other was too hard (my mother had the same experience). On the last day, I used the pool changing rooms before heading to the airport. While it was convenient that they offer this service, the changing rooms were disappointing—unclean and not up to the standard of a four-star hotel. Overall, it’s a good hotel, and I’ll probably stay there again.

I think the cheaper price is explained by the 10 min walk to the bus stop where u get the bus to Venice. Only real criticism is there was only one plug per family room to recharge 4 phones.

I would not recommend to anyone because of the unaccomodating staff and customer service. They don't know how to be flexible and understanding with their customers. I will never stay at this facility where customers are not being taken care of.

Terrible experience, never again, and I don’t advise anybody to waste their money at this filthy hotel.

Limited parking

Save for some “Road House” restaurant, there is nothing out here. If you want to walk to the Meatre Square it’s about 25 and you will walk part of that stroll parallel to a high way. Stay closer to the train station and bus stop the Plaza, or Best Western. Their AC does not work.
