Rachel’s was amazing and very helpful. Attic sweet was perfect and service was impeccable. Concierge went out of their way to get us tickets to the Doges palace and set us up for Gondola rides the following morning. Will definitely suit and stay here again

I’m just checking out after two wonderful days at your hotel. I would like to express my complete gratitude and congratulate everyone who interacted with us.
I’m used to traveling to five star hotels across the world and thus familiar with an outstanding hospitality. Fortunately you guys exceeded my expectations. Not only for the hotel’s amenities, space, comfort, decorations etc. but also, and most importantly, the staff. Would like to express my complete gratitude to everyone. Specially, the ladies from the breakfast Manuela and Vania, the front desk staff, Eduardo, the guys who received us upon checking in and also the staff who served our Room service.
Congratulations on everything. Hope you guys keep on excelling! When I decide to visit Venice again, will definitely stay here!

I had one of the best experiences of my Italy trip thanks to the staff here! They were so friendly and helpful! They took charge to make sure we experience the best of Venice without a single hesitation! I asked for a recommendation and I got 5 … it was amazing!

Luxury, tidy, clean and elegant.
Easy to reach by taxi boat(not by walking, distance from thePiazzale Roma), Located at the grand canal.
Professional and dedicated staff.
Very welcoming.
Delicious breakfast , and dinner dishes, (compliments to the chef).
Loved everything about it.

If you are able to, stay in this hotel. It is beautiful, great location, modern and spacious rooms/bathrooms, the breakfast (add if you can) is delicious, but most importantly everyone on staff is incredible and super helpful. The only reason I am writing this review is because I was truly impressed by this hotel, you will not be disappointed.
