My stay at this hotel was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I was extremely disappointed with the hotel's overall cleanliness and the condition of my room. The room was never cleaned properly, and there were barely any the sheets and towels. The bathroom was also not cleaned properly, and the shower was full of mildew. The smell of cigarettes was overwhelming and pervasive, making it difficult to breathe. Despite requesting a non-smoking room, the odor was so strong that it was impossible to escape. It was clear that previous guests had been smoking in the room, and the hotel did nothing to remedy the situation. The hallway was dry and noisy, with no soundproofing at all. Every sound from the hallway could be heard in the room, making it impossible to sleep or relax. I could hear people talking, doors slamming, and even footsteps from other guests in nearby rooms. Furthermore, the hotel's location was terrible. It was situated far from the city center, making it challenging to get around Milan, Italy. The transportation options were limited, and the area around the hotel was not pedestrian-friendly. I raised my concerns with the hotel staff, but they were unhelpful and seemed indifferent to my complaints. They offered no apology or solution to the issues I was experiencing, which made the situation even more frustrating. In conclusion, my stay at this hotel was a complete disaster. The lack of cleanliness, overwhelming cigarette odor, noisy hallway, and terrible location made it an unpleasant experience. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and urge the management to take immediate action to address these issues.

We stayed only one night there. All was okay, we recieved the code and all was wroking as intended. To acces parking you must first enter the facility and exit on the other side (all marked) and press a button to open the gate. The receptionist was very kind and we had no problem however. The rooms have no AC.
