Well suite no 1 have no air conditioning and it’s 32c or 90 F outside….solution only one night outside of Ortigia and no refund. Please stay away from this hotel or at least stay away from suite 1. Hope the money they robbed from me can be used to repair the air con so other traveller would not have to suffer.

Great location, very well furnished. True boutique hotel, as it is stated in definition.
We were greeted very well, the rooms were sparkling clean, mini kitchen, mini fridge, all works great. Can highly recommend the place, definitely a great addition to vacation in the great walkable place.

Stayed in this hotel in June and had the most wonderful experience!! The staff are simply fantastic….Central located and the breakfast was just great !! Thank you to all the staff in the little cafe you are the best!! Alan & Jill from Scotland.

Amazing stay ! We started our honeymoon trip in Syracuse and the team of Re Federico really made it special !
Room super clean and big, very functional, good breakfast.
In the heart of the calm part of Ortigia. I really recommend this hotel.

Heartlesss two students excitedly looking forward to exploring Italy and Greece, our travel plans have been severely disrupted by the recent natural disasters, leading to the cancellation of all flights. We have been in touch with the various hotels we booked, and we are grateful that every hotel has been understanding and issued a refund—except for the Re Federici Boutique Hotel.
Despite multiple attempts to reach out, the hotel has shown no interest whatsoever in our situation. The only resolution they offered was a voucher, which unfortunately does not meet our needs at all. We wish to clarify that this voucher is of no use to us, as our travel plans have been indefinitely postponed due to the flight cancellations.
We had sincerely hoped for a more compassionate response, especially considering the unforeseen and unfortunate circumstances we are facing. It is disheartening to encounter such a lack of understanding and empathy from the Re Federici Boutique Hotel.
As students, this trip held immense significance for us, and we are now left in a difficult situation with financial losses and dashed hopes. We are left with no option but to insist on a refund, which we believe is a fair and reasonable request given the circumstances.
