While this is a nice place to live while studying abroad, the amenities and building itself are terrible. I was on a two week study abroad here, and the hot water did not work for nearly a week, and the power was out for an entire day, and was still out after we left. While the staff are very friendly and nice, the hassle is not worth it.

Great location, 5 minute walk from the Vatican Museum and the Metro station. There's a kitchen and a good size super market about a 3 minute walk. There is a parking lot with limited space so you may have to wait for someone to leave so you can park. Not the most luxurious or full of amenities but it is centrally located, clean and fairly priced. I'd highly recommend it and I'd stay there again next time I'm in town.

Great location for students studying abroad. Only a 15 minute walk to the Vatican City and is located near all of the grocery stores/shops you'll need if you're staying for an extended period of time. Rooms come with a fridge and a hot plate or stovetop to cook with.

The location is good and the staff are very helpful. However, the rooms are dingy (stains on bed linen and towels), the safe didn't work in many rooms, the key delivery is questionable (were more or less freely accessible to all hotel guests), it was very noisy and the breakfast leaves a lot to be desired.
