We stayed three nights to enjoy the lovely town of Urbino. This is a perfect place to stay. We were warmly welcomed by Raffaella, who was very helpful in sorting itinerary & dining bookings. We stayed in the garden suite, a large, comfortable room, with an outdoor private terrace area. The room is tastefully decorated and the bathroom modern and well appointed. This place affords comfort and privacy. Highly recommended.

We sadly only stayed one night here. The White Room was gorgeous with huge shower, large airy room and your own outside terrace with private seating area. We parked in the grounds and Max and Laura both have us a warm and informative welcome to both the residenzia and the town of Urbino. A great find and on our list of places to return to, thank you!

As another guest wrote, there is a lack of luxury! The location is great but parking is bad at the residence, so you’re better off parking off grounds especially since they charge for it. Someone there was telling me my suv was too big for the parking area and I would be better off with a FIAT panda. Well, driving hundreds of kilometers in a FIAT panda would be very uncomfortable and if I lived near Urbino perhaps I would have driven my Jazz. The price I received was more than the price of Booking.com, which surprised me because usually when you go directly to the property it is cheaper. Then the residence charged my credit card in advance of my arrival without informing me when I wanted to pay with cash upon arrival or departure. The mattress on the bed was very, very uncomfortable! So I’m not sure how they can say it’s a luxury facility. Breakfast was prepackaged croissants and bottles of juice along with some biscuits sitting in your room. Not very luxurious. I believe that many places, due to Covid are doing this and still charging the same prices when in the past they’d serve more fresh food including fruits. There were a couple of other points that were bad like the table lamp on one side of the bed didn’t work, the room was small and the shower nozzle was broken and leaking water via the tube. One last thing was that when the lady checked us in, she made a point of telling us that the a/c was set at 25 degrees as if we should leave it there. Even though it was over 30 degrees outside. Overall I’d have to say that our experience at Residenza Ambroggi Luxury Suites was very much less than luxurious. I cannot recommend this place, especially for the price paid. I guess it’s because of the location, which is the best point for this residence.

Nice small B&B, located on the entrance to the old part of Urbino in the middle of a park and with nice view over surrounding countryside. Interior styled in every detail. Sound isolation not perfect. You can leave your car on free public spaces 100 meters away. Recommendation!

Mrs. Raffaella's welcome was superb. He gave us great advice on visiting the city and granted our wish for a private guided tour. The structure is a small jewel with attention to detail. The room was huge and beautiful.
