Very good location, nice room, but terrible breakfast (I would suggest that you walk 5 minutes to the Merulana Cafe round the corner, they do a great breakfast!). The owner wasn't the friendliest host in the world, but that mirrored our experience of Romans in general. Something to note: after cleaning the room each day they left our bedroom door unlocked...god knows why!

We enjoyed our first room, if we had stayed the hotel would get 5*. Room change was completely random, apparently 'internet issues' despite them putting someone else there. Advertised a kitchen, however the one in the original room wasn't working and the new room didn't have one. The new room was small and hot, but we didn't go to Rome to stay in the hotel. When we changed room, it was unclean and unkept, but was swiftly cleaned. Brilliant location however, a 10 minute walk to the Colosseum and close to the Metro! :)

Lovely room and excellent position

The location is the best, 10 minutes from the Colosseum, 2 minutes from the Manzoni metro line A stop. Nearby there are excellent bars and restaurants with very affordable prices. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with comfortable beds, en-suite bathroom. We were received by Flaviana who helped us a lot by also providing excellent advice on how to get around and where to eat. Fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!!
