The room looks like in the pictures and was clean. The service was bad. To check in we had to call a cell phone number and someone answered who could not speak English. Breakfast is not served in the restaurant as the fotos suggest. We had to call the cell phone number again and one hour later someone came and went with us to another B&B and arranged for us to have breakfast there. The rooms are not serviced and after two days we bought toilet paper to avoid having to call the cell phone number again.

Cozy and very clean B&B. Breakfast with coffee and fresh croissants can be enjoyed on a delightful balcony overlooking the sea. The host is discreet and very kind. Advised!

It is with great annoyance and disappointment that I review my lack of experience with this bed and breakfast. Once we arrived on site we called the owner to let him know of our arrival, but this was impossible as the phone was always off the hook. After making 3 calls we decide to go under the door. The result was to find another name and another number. We also call the new number but no one answers us. After more than an hour, after six hours of travel, the heat, we decide to go to another place, spending more money. During the day we did not receive any calls or messages or emails from the owner. At 11pm, annoyed, we called back and finally managed to speak to each other, only to be told that the phone wasn't working. In 2020 such treatment is unacceptable. I advise you to stay away from this place, badly managed, without respect and any kind of seriousness. However, there are other not good reviews about this place which is now called Donna Maria Rooms and not Seaside Rooms. Oh I forgot. Parking the car is impossible. Obviously we asked for a refund.

Don't go!!!! I consider myself quite experienced in B&B, and this is one of the worst I have stayed in. Terrible breakfast with 2 toasts and 2 supermarket cornets that you have to prepare yourself in the room, and the next day wash cups and utensils because there is no daily service. Access, in addition to walking 500 meters from the parking lot at the port along a cobblestone street (because you cannot enter by car), is via 2 stairs that add up to almost 65 steps. (And without help or notification in Booking). The pallier with a lot of humidity. Without water pressure, if you flush the toilet you cannot wash your hands until the tank is full. The shower does not flush and the box is tiny and does not even have a shelf for soap or shampoo. The owner never showed up or answered the phone, only a few indecipherable messages. Only 2 towels and no bath mat, the toilet board does not correspond to its shape so it falls off permanently. The TV is very nice but it cannot be used because it does not have an air or cable signal. It does not have a mirror or light table. The key for both rooms (Room 1 and 2) is the same, No security. And I can continue listing...

Property located in a central location. Owner helpful and friendly. The room lacks nothing. Breakfast in the room with croissants, coffee... Double room with sea view, excellent cleanliness.
