The front desk is open daily from 9:30 AM - 9:00 PM. If you are planning to arrive after 10:00 AM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. On certain dates of the year, visitors must pay an access fee of EUR 5-10 per person per day to enter Venice. Those with accommodation in Venice are exempt from paying this. Guests must however request an exemption voucher in advance and present it with an identity document on arrival.
