Fantastic location, in the pedestrian center with every type of service available and 2 minutes walk from the sea.
Basic room but nothing is missing, the strong point is the bathroom, modern clean and fantastic shower complete with shower head, courtesy set replenished every day.
Impeccable cleanliness and very competitive prices.
Highly recommended, we had a great time!

The b&b is a villa in the center of Praia a Mare, in the pedestrian area.
Clean and tidy where above all courtesy abounds.
The room had a balcony overlooking the main promenade.
If I can add one piece of advice to the owner it is to improve the details of the breakfast in the garden which should have the same number of varieties as the customers at the table and cold juices in summer.
Really a nice stay.

I was their guest from 24 to 27 July with my girlfriend and I can only recognize that they know how to pamper you. Really pleasant rooms equipped with hairdryer, shower, fridge, air conditioning, TV and above all a nice little balcony overlooking the Praia street. 2 steps from train stops, buses, various shops, such as Conad City; a stone's throw from the sea they will be approximately 500/600 meters from the seafront. A rich breakfast served with kindness and professionalism. The price per night was 90 euros which for a B&B in the center of Praia is not TNT. Promoted!!

b&b is a villa in the center of the center of Praia a Mare, in the pedestrian area or stayed only two days to appreciate cleanliness and order in all rooms then service at breakfast and like feeling at home, lady fate to feel like family.

We stayed in this beautiful b&b for just two days from 3 to 5 September 2016. Our stay was for a week, but unfortunately we were a little afraid on our part to ask for information about the rooms and a little on the part of the owner, we trusted of the photographs on the site, thinking that all the rooms were the same.
Instead, due to the lack of clarity of information, we found ourselves in a very small room which, all things considered, could have been fine for us for a weekend, but for a week it would have been a hardship for us.
This writing of mine is not a controversy, rather it must be a reflection for both, customer/manager, to ask and give all the information on the matter in order to avoid unpleasant surprises.
The welcome was excellent and little.
Excellent cleaning
Excellent breakfast and attentiveness from the manager.
Reluctantly we returned home today.
Unfortunately our holiday ended like this! 😢.
We will definitely return
