Stayed for a DIY Europe style wedding and the bride and groom were given the dance hall to party till 5-6AM. A rare gem where you can do this kind of western style wedding in Japan. The director of hotel is so helpful and a very nice person who strives to make customers happy

Very good place. Excellent service, the workers are always there to fulfill any need and the onsen is very nice. The view on lake Kawaguchiko since the Japanese room balcony is so nice. A true break in nature, far from the city excitation. I recommend it.

Staying here was a wonderful experience. The staff was kind and helpful. The food was amazing! The onsen was great. The view from the room was incredible. Would love to go back.

Public bath place is good. A bit pricy. The place is old. Lake view is nice.

Very good service and reasonable priced accommodation. Mum had a broken ankle and need a wheel chair when we were there. It was hard for her to sleep on futon(JP style bed). They provide a twin room for Mum about 11:00 pm after we asked for help. Really appreciate the staffs' effort to make our stay easy and comfortable. Japanese style dinner was very delicious. Onsen was good too.
