Review: - They have a shuttle bus, once in an hour. - It is true that the check in process took so long, 15-20 mins. They explained the map, the activities, etc - You need to show 3x vaccines proof - I stayed in glamping area… as expected toilet is far - Very accomodating staffs when it comes to food. (we wrote that we did not eat pork in our online reservation. they switched the meal and swapping it, instead only removing it) - You need to pick up your own dinner/bbq at their kitchen. I think you are expected to wash the utensils you use too because beside the kitchen there is huge washing spot. - Huge portion of breakfast. Too big for me - No shower, only ofuro and the indoor swimming pool in main building - Check out time is 10AM. Their main building for check out also opens from 10AM. Just weird situation, like how you leave first? Maybe you are in hurry and need to leave at 7AM? - The main building is open at 10AM, the ofuro is inside the main building. So you cannot do your morning shower before check out. Its fair but definitely coulde use some improvements.

I stayed in the Glamping cabin, an amazing place to enjoy a night or two. This place is really convenient, the access to the main building with onsen and swimsuit bath area makes this place an amazing choice to come with the family and enjoy the time together. The dinner was nice but not the most exquisite food, so if possible just bring your own stuff and cook by yourself if possible.

Since the renewal open earlier this year (April 2018) the resort and its facilities are much more appealing. It is also even more family friendly. It has a great play area for kids on the 2nd floor, designed in glamping style with hammocks and tents. You don't have to be staying in one of their accommodations to use the facilities - you can pay to enter on a full day or evening pack.

Starting check-in and barbecue at 4pm is too late. 5pm stat to eat 6pm already in the dark Asked to start at 2pm but charging10.000jpy. Asked a discount but did not want. No flexibility but nice place.

Nice place, but it needs some maintenance. It looks dated, the restaurant and the food was good. Staff is friendly. Some areas in the water and sauna they need more handrails.
