If you are interested, please don't be offended and take a look again. One of the staff members felt uncomfortable with my response and responded very rudely. There is no good in being complacent if high ratings continue. You can make your customers feel bad without even realizing it.
What I was curious about
・There were many stains and scratches on the front automatic door and glass, making the view a disappointing one. If there are scratches, dirt tends to accumulate, so the vicious cycle repeats.
・I was bringing heavy luggage, but there was no wagon or anything, and I didn't even ask if I could carry it.
・I couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi in my room, so I had to use mobile data.
・Mobile data communication speed is slow. It took a while to research the surrounding tourist areas.
・Wouldn't it be better to change the entrance mat to your room, even though it's a stylish one for business use like Duskin or Unimat? Duskin also has stylish doormats.
・The pillow was very high and the backlash was so strong that I couldn't sleep, so I slept using a bath towel as a pillow. I wish I could choose my pillow.
・The customer service is polite, but there are some people who are worried about the customer service because they are not young enough.
・The hot spring is a circulating type and has no special features (as explained on the website), so it is better to use the free-flowing water at a nearby public bath. Fujinoyu's hot springs can be purchased online, so you can enjoy them at home. Is there hot water delivered by tank truck?
- Shower water pressure is weak. It took a while for hot water to come out, probably because the line from the water heater was long.

・There is no heating in the sink area outside the bathroom, so it is cold in winter (the room is warm enough). I'm afraid of heat shock.
- There was a problem with freshly washed hot and cold dishes.
In particular, I think people should be careful not to place hot plates near salads or other cold dishes. On the other hand, I want hot dishes to be heated.
・The square platter is on a shelf very close to the feet and I would like it to be moved to a higher position. I think it's difficult to remove dust as it is filthy and dusty.
・The hot food was kept warm, but I would like it to be a little warmer.
・Maybe you could pay more attention to the bread.
・All the staff seem to be very busy, so I think it would be a good idea to take a little more time to talk to the customers.
・I tried to fill the humidifier with water, but I couldn't find a suitable faucet. I poured water into the cup.
・It was a shame that the toilet was the same as the one at home. If it's Lixil, you can see that there are customers who are not satisfied unless they are satisfied. For TOTO, it's Neorest. I think it would be a shame if the functionality was lower than at home.
・It is unclear how to use the balcony. I would like the room to be a little larger.
