Ⅰ stayed at the hotel on 2/8/13 Friday. Through my previous trip in the vicinity, I knew the hotel's existence. I walked in the hotel around 11:40 PM for a room. The hotel clerk was very proficient. I paid 4,410 yen (include tax) as indicated on the posting. The room was clean. The bathroom was clean. The room aircon worked flawlessly. Green tea and hot-water pot worked flawlessly.
The hotel is also located conveniently. Within a block, a convenience store was located and opened through midnight. I bought snacks (beer and senbei-rice crackers) and munched them in the room.
It appears that 1,000-yen prepaid card is needed to operate TV. I was ready to sleep after munching and did not operate TV.
On the following morning, I learned that the breakfast dining room was existence. It was also clean, spacious, and appetizing. A free freshly-brewed coffee was served. (I opted for a bowl of soba at at a noodle kiosk nearby the Sendai Station, I did not have breakfast at the hotel.)
The hotel is located 10-15 minutes on foot from/to the Sendai Station.
I am pleased with my experience. I recommend the hotel for those who seeks value and efficiency, as well as to have a clean room to sleep.
Enjoy a wonderful trip in Japan.
