Comfortable hotel just a 3 minutes walk from the station. Room was of good size and the bedding was comfortable. Buffet had plenty on offer both traditional and west as well as goods strong coffee. View from level 30 was impressive.

If there is an issue outside the most basic issue - can take a long time to resolve

Good hotel close to the train & bus stations. Breakfast was nice but very busy, and the floor was dirty for some reason. Great little restaurant downstairs and then up the escalator.

I had a wonderful stay! The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from the train station, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was spotless and pleasantly spacious—definitely not too small!

A modern hotel near Hiroshima Station. Spacious room and a fabulous bathroom. The breakfast was okay and not worth the price. 7-11 right downstairs. Lobby is on the 13th floor. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

The location of this hotel is very convenient, right by Hiroshima station. The room was very spacious, would definitely come again!

This is flat out one of the most wonderful hotel stays I had in Japan. Everything was so well thought out at the staff was super friendly. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and renovated very modern and the view of Hiroshima from the window was just so beautiful. Definitely stay here

Very nice property right by the Hiroshima train station. It’s a very quiet location that has all the convenient stores near by. Would recommend this hotel to those who want to be near the train station.

5 minutes walk from Hiroshima station.

Was in an ideal location. Was the best bathroom we’ve had whilst staying in Japan, but sadly the worst bed.

So close to the train station on a night when I was getting in late.

We booked a non smoking room 7-8 months before our trip. Upon check in they confirmed we booked a non smoking room, but when we got up to the room we were hit instantly by cigarette fumes. We called the reception and were told they were full so couldn’t do anything about it. We only stayed for 2 nights and were out for most of the day, when we were at the room we had to run the air purifier and air con and spray room freshener but even then the smell was still strong as it cigarettes will cling to walls and carpet. I’m asthmatic so this was a problem, but couldn’t waste the money I already spent on the room. Given that I booked this 7-8 months in advance of the trip, it was frustrating that this error was made on their part. Otherwise the location was good, very close to Hiroshima station and had both a 7/11 and Family Mart downstairs.

Very nice hotel with great views and near JR Hiroshima station for early start. Breakfast was great and a big selection of both Western and Japanese food. Set up of breakfast room was good with flow for traffic during busy times.
